EFT is begin jaren &#8217;90 ontwikkeld door Gary Craig. Hij heeft verschillende methoden en ontdekkingen (o.a. kinesiologie, osteopathie, chiropractie, fysiotherapie) samengevoegd en uitgebouwd tot de methode EFT.<\/p>\n<p>Bij EFT haal je (onder begeleiding) de emotionele lading van een vervelende (traumatische) gebeurtenis af. Dit doen we door de stressrectie te ontkoppelen door een bijzondere vorm van cognitieve therapie te combineren met acupressuur.<\/p>\n<p>De twee verschillende vormen die wij aanbieden zijn Gold Standard EFT en Optimal EFT.
